This policy explains how Zyntrix Systems LLC handles information collected through this website and in the course of providing repair, upgrade, resale, installation, and custom build services.

Information we collect

We collect the details you choose to give us: your name, phone number, email address, and whatever you write in a quote request or tell us when you drop off a device. For service work we also record the device, its condition, and the work performed.

Servicing a device can mean incidental access to files stored on it. We access only what the repair requires, and we do not copy, retain, or share personal files beyond what is necessary to complete and verify the work.

How we use it

Information is used to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, carry out and document service work, arrange pickup or delivery, handle warranty and return questions, and keep the business records we are required to keep.

The quote form

The quote forms on this site do not transmit anything to a server. Submitting one opens a draft message in your own email application with your answers filled in; nothing reaches us until you send that message yourself.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and runs no third-party analytics or advertising trackers. If that changes, this policy will be updated before the change takes effect.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade customer information. Details are shared only where needed to do the job — for example with a parts supplier, a shipping carrier, or a payment processor — or where the law requires it.

Retention

Service records and invoices are kept as long as needed for warranty, accounting, and tax purposes. Quote enquiries that do not become jobs are discarded once they are no longer useful.

Data left on devices

Please back up your data before handing over any device. Where a repair requires wiping or replacing storage, we will tell you first and get your approval. We cannot guarantee recovery of data that has already been lost to hardware failure.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete records we are not legally required to keep. Contact us using the details below.

Children

This site is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
